Tour/Rental Booking
- Before booking, please send message to Whatsapp / Singal - 93185822 or email felix@xte.hk to enquire the availability of tour / rental for the date(s) that you prefer.
- Confirmation will be made with you within 24 hours.
- Deposit: No need to pay deposit.
- Payment can be made by Direct Bank-in, Alipay HK, Payme or FPS.
- Each person must complete an Personal Medical Declaration and Indemnity Form prior to the commencement of the tour / rental date.
- Balance of the final payment to be made on the tour / rental date in Sam A Tsuen by cash; or by Alipay HK, Payme or FPS after getting back to Wong Shek Pier.
旅程/租借預訂
- 預訂前，請發送信息至Whatsapp / Signal - 93185822 或電子郵件至 felix@xte.hk，以查詢您希望進行旅程/租借日期可否預訂。
- 我們將在24小時內與您確認。
- 按金：不需按金
- 可以通過銀行直接入帳，香港支付寶，Payme或FPS進行付款。
- 每個人必須在旅程/租借日期開始之前填寫個人醫療聲明和 免責聲明。
- 餘款可在旅程/租借當日以現金支付; 或以香港支付寶，Payme 或 FPS 於返回黃石碼頭後進行支付。
Cancellation Policy 取消預訂
- Cancellation of any tour/booking 7 days or more prior to departure – full refund of deposit.
- Cancellation of any tour/booking 7 to 3 days prior to departure – 50% cancellation fee of the deposit.
- Cancellation by the customer 2 days or less prior to departure – no refund.
- A ‘no show’ is regarded as a cancellation without notice – no refund.
- If XTE Kayak decides not to proceed with any tour/rental due to unsafe wind and sea conditions, we we will provide a full refund.
- Once a sea kayak tour has begun, there will be no refunds for lost time or change of route or curtailments due to unsafe weather conditions or other safety considerations including limited capabilities of participant(s).
- XTE Kayak reserves the right to change the route and/or other arrangements as they deem appropriate and no refund will be arranged.
- 出發前7天或以上取消旅程/租借預訂 - 全額退回訂金。
- 出發前7到3天內取消旅程/租借預訂 - 收取訂金的50％行政費用。
- 顧客在出發前2天或更短時間內取消旅程/租借預訂- 不退回訂金。
- 顧客如在旅程/租借當天“沒有出現”，會被視為自動取消旅程/租借預訂 - 不退回訂金。
- 如果由於海上風力和海面情況不安全，XTE Kayak 決定不進行旅程/租借，我們將全額退回訂金。
- 一旦開始旅程，由於不安全的天氣條件或其他安全考慮（包括參加者的能力有限）而造成的時間浪費，路線變更或限制，將不予退款。
- XTE Kayak保留酌情修改旅程路線及/或其他安排的權利並不予退款。
Safety 安全
Health & Fitness
- It is the responsibility of the customer to advise the XTE Kayak of any pre-existing medical condition, illnesses, allergies and/or disability that might reasonably be expected to increase the risk of you requiring medical attention or that might affect the normal conduct of a tour / rental.
- Safety instructions will be given before every tour / rental; all customers must agree to follow these instructions. XTE Kayak or our guides cannot be held responsible for personal injury, equipment loss or damage when this is caused as a consequence of not following instructions given.
- 顧客有責任將可能增加您需要就醫的風險或可能影響正常行為的先前或已存的醫療狀況，疾病，過敏和/或殘疾情況告知 XTE Kayak 。
- 每次旅程/租借之前， XTE Kayak 都將提供活動安全解說及守則； 所有顧客必須同意遵守這些守則。 XTE Kayak或我們的教練對由於未遵循指示而造成的身體傷害，装備丟失或損壞概不負責。
Impact of Weather Conditions & Tide 天氣狀況和潮汐的影響
- Kayaking tours will be affected by the weather, especially wind and tides. Also, Hong Kong lies in the tropical cyclone zone so we need to consider the safety in a wider aspect. We plan our tours based on expected weather conditions and other circumstances, including group dynamic and ability, for that day (or days). If we consider the trip is not safe we will postpone, vary or cancel it.
- If we decide not to proceed with a tour / rental due to weather conditions or safety considerations being an issue, we will inform you ASAP.
- Once a trip has set off there will not be refunds for delays or changes of route or curtailments due to weather conditions or safety considerations.
- 獨木舟旅程會受到天氣的影響，尤其是風和潮汐。 此外，香港位於熱帶氣旋帶，因此需要考慮多幾方面安全性。 我們會根據當天（或幾天）的預期天氣情況和其他情況（包括團隊動態和能力）做出針對旅程的判斷。 如果我們認為當天旅程不安全，我們將推遲，更改或取消。
- 如果基於天氣原因或安全考慮而決定不進行旅程/租借，我們將盡早通知你。
- 一旦旅程出發，由於天氣條件或安全考慮，將不會因路線延誤，路線變更或限制而作出退款。
